Adelina Call Center operational activities were started in July 2004 with launch of Kiev call center platform. Originally specialized on telesales projects, particularly on mutual project with Microsoft company, main task of which was sales of licensed software from Microsoft.
In September 2006 shareholders of our company made decision about significant increase of resources in order to fulfill constantly growing needs of our customers and partners, as well as cover general demand for services in the market.
In January 2007 new call centre platform was launched in Lvov using professional Alcatel Call Center solution. Currently our call center is equipped with more then 240 working seats, that service over 70 000 incoming and outgoing calls per day. We service complex informational projects of our customers – leading banks, insurance companies, research and advertising agencies, mobile services providers, cable and satellite TV providers, visa application centers, FMCG companies and many others.
In January 2009 Adelina Call Center expended geography of its presents by opening branch in Belorussia named “Adelina Call Center BEL”
Adelina Call Center is powerful communication tool between our partners and their customers, we service calls in Russian, Ukrainian, English, German, Spanish, Italian, French, Polish languages, not only in Ukraine but also in Russia, Belorussia, Swiss, France and Great Britain.
